Mabrook Jarrar left bleeding in IOF military Jeep for hours after having dog set upon him

The IOF left Palestinian Mabrook Jarrar bleeding in their  Jeep for hours before moving him to prison.  He had previously been attacked by a police dog which they had set on him. According to the lawyer of the Palestinian Prisoner's Club. Mabrook was in his own house when he was attacked.HE sustained injuries to his face, shoulder, and leg.
